It is one of the pioneering vineyards established in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills wine region in 1988, who specialise in the production of alternate varieties. The fruit for these small batch wines is carefully hand selected in the vineyard and then crafted into wines using boutique traditional methods by father and son grower-makers Bob and Iain Baxter.
