A rosato-style pét nat from Lambrusco with a touch of Vermentino, Pata Trava is lightly sparkling, juicy, and tangy. Fresh, wild strawberry aromas and vibrant acidity make it extremely moreish and effortlessly drinkable. 90% Lambrusco, 10% Vermentino. Gently basket pressed into old barrels and slow fermented for over a month.
