Françoise & Denis Clair Saint Aubin Burgundy

Maturing in barrels (15% new ones) for 10 months and then put in stainless steel tanks before putting into bottles at about the 15-month mark. On the nose, this wine possesses a nice aroma of citrus and fresh fruits. Om the palate, it is has notes of white flowers accompanied by a pleasant minerality. This wine can be served with cold appetizers, seafood or grilled fish.
