On the palate, the wine is crisp and elegantly structured, offering a refreshing line of acidity that carries the bright citrus and orchard fruit flavours with precision. Despite the absence of oak, there’s a lovely mid-palate creaminess—likely from time on lees—that adds depth and texture without compromising its clean, mineral finish. 750ml 13.2% ABV
