Chardonnay2024 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay “A barrel fermented Adelaide Hills Chardonnay offering a harmonious balance of complexity, depth and freshness.” On the nose, the wine reveals a bouquet of ripe stone fruits, pithy lemon and hints of toasted hazelnuts and brioche. The 100% French oak influence is elegantly integrated, providing soft notes of vanilla, slightly smoked cedar, and a delicate touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet refined, with a creamy texture that’s balanced with a line of taut acidity. The 8 months of oak barrel maturation lends a layer of complexity, enhancing the wines gentle minerality emerging towards the finish, adding length and depth to each sip 750ml 13.0% ABV
