Jérôme was a chef owning a Michelin star restaurant in Avignon before coming back to his roots and taking over the family property in 2003. 5ha of vineyard on the northern side of Chateauneuf on quite clayey and cooler soil. The wines are very elegant, balanced and savoury, they are truly gastronomical.
