We use this Order Information so that we can fulfil your order, provide you with a tax invoice and updates on your order status, as well as shipping your order to you. We may also use this Order Information to screen orders we receive for potential risk or fraud, or to provide you with information or advertising relating to our products in accordance with the preferences you have shared with us.

If you make a purchase through Finestro, we disclose personal information that you have knowingly provided to us to any Partner you have selected products from so they can prepare your order for shipment and delivery. This personal information is then provided to select shipping and freight providers responsible for delivering your order.

  • Within Finestro, including with employees and related body corporates;
  • With contractors and affiliated organisations (where they need to know information in order to provide services available on the Site, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud);

How long do we store your personal information?

When we no longer need personal data, we securely delete or destroy it. Aggregated data, which cannot identify a device/browser (or individual) and is used for purposes of reporting and analysis, is maintained for as long as commercially necessary.

Does your personal information leave the country?

Finestro is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud. AWS is architected to be the most flexible and secure cloud computing environment available today. Its core infrastructure is backed by a deep set of cloud security tools, with 230 security, compliance, and governance services and features.


All data flowing across the AWS global network that interconnects its data centres and regions is automatically encrypted at the physical layer before it leaves AWS secured facilities.


Aside from AWS, we do not send personal information outside the country unless to do so is authorised by law.

What about sensitive information?

We only collect, use or disclose sensitive information about you as is allowed by law.

Can you opt out of email marketing?

You can opt out of email marketing at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email form us. If you opt-out of emails from us, you will only be contacted by us regarding service issues such as, without limitation, order confirmation and delivery confirmation, significant changes to terms and conditions and non-marketing emails.
