Sustainable producer The estate is situated in the heart of the Alpes in the village of Cruet at the bottom of the Bauges mountains. Philippe Grisard has always been passionate about Alpine terroirs and varieties. He produces some strong personality, high quality wines but is also re-developing old "nearly" lost varieties like Mondeuse Blanche and Persan.

Mondeuse Noire100% Mondeuse Noire, a variety unique to the high altitudes of Savoie, grown on glacier moraine, the earth shaped by the glaciers movement. Hand picked, destalked and then 8 to 12 days on skin. Maturation in tanks. The nose is lifted with red berries, pepper, nutmeg and sloe. The palate is light yet structured, fresh and spicy. Serve at 16 °C with charcuterie, poultry and red meat.
