Grown on red loam laid down over millennia by the Moorabool River within the sheltering valley, this unparalleled micro-climate offers ideal ripening conditions in the cool climate of the Geelong region. Built on a long practice of ‘clean and green’ we minimise spraying of the grapes and olives, using organic products where ever possible, as we consider the conservation of the property above all. With just over 14 acres under plantation the property supports six varieties: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay and Semillon.

Cabernet BlendHeavier in Merlot, this wine has remarkable softness yet still holds a depth of colour which preludes the rush of fruit and slight spice on the nose. Fragrances of rose and cherry blossom are followed by exotic, elusive spices. The first taste of luscious berries is mingled with hints of cardamom and cinnamon, as mulberry lingers in the background. Finished with a lighter, finer tannin structure.
