ChardonnayFresh and inviting with a touch of ripe fruit. Round, slowly melting flavour. Light with a good mid-palate concentration. Very tasty wine and very easy to drink even when young. Pairs well with oysters and seafood but also perfect as an aperitif. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation under temperature control then ageing on lees for 4- 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling 8 months minimum after harvest.
