CinsaultOne-third of the harvest is destemmed and two-thirds undergoes carbonic maceration on whole bunches, resulting in a bright ruby colour wine with purple highlights, a nose of luscious and charming red fruits, delicately spiced. A delicious, truly fruity palate, always easy to drink and with a low alcohol content (12%). Enjoy paired with aperitifs, mixed salads, bistro cuisine, fresh cheeses, strawberries, and cherries.

Visionary brothers Louis-Marie and Prosper Teisserenc established the vineyard in 1974, and developed the estate since then to reach 110ha today, growing and making a range of varietal wines with expressions full of flavour and character. In the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon wine growing region, is the Côtes de Thongue. Benefiting from the Mediterranean climate, not far from the regional capital Montpellier in Occitanie are 23 communes and more than 100 winemakers who all embrace the wine culture that flows through this Thongue valley.
