CarignanThe wine has a bright ruby colour. The nose is marked by ripe fruits and spices, and it is full-flavoured and intense on the palate. This is a cuvée of charm and exquisite delight. Fantastic bistro wine. Grenache noir 30%, Syrah 30%, Carignan 25%, Mourvèdre 15% The whole vintage was hand-picked and destemmed. Traditional winemaking. Maturation in large wooden casks until bottling.
